jeremy dermovsesian
Jeremy DerMovsesian—or Jerm, if you prefer fewer syllables, was born and raised outside of Philadelphia. He grew up around Wawa hoagies, Eagles fans, and, of course, the arts. Jeremy’s first love was the piano and regards it as an integral part of his artistry. During his final semester of training at NYU, Jeremy played Crutchie in Disney’s Newsies with direction by Tommy Ranieri and choreography by Trent Soyster at the Argyle Theatre. Other regional credits include: Resident Company 2025 at Timberlake Playhouse. At NYU Jeremy was a part of Love Somebody Now - a new musical by Andrew Lippa, Sweeney Todd (Tobias) directed by Kent Gash, Comedy of Errors (Dromio of Syracuse), and Balm in Gilead (Dopey) directed by Tiffany Rachelle Stewart. In addition to his work on stage, Jeremy music directs and plays shows at 54 Below and Green Room 42. Jeremy also has a deep appreciation for clown and comedy (lol) - 🦠
