Andrea Mongil García is a Boricua, born-and-raised performer dedicated to honoring her heritage through her work and storytelling. A graduating senior of NYU Tisch’s New Studio on Broadway, she has spent the past four years developing a strong foundation as an artist with a passion for new musical theatre and devised work. Recent credits include a leading role in Love Somebody Now, a new musical featuring the music of Andrew Lippa, as well as the title role in Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella. She is especially drawn to work that uplifts Latiné voices and contemporary narratives, and she looks forward to continuing to originate roles and collaborate on new work as she steps into this next chapter of her career.
